BentallGreenOak submit plans for 62-storey mixed-use tower in Toronto

A brand new 62-storey mixed-use tower located at 100 Simcoe Street in Toronto is planned by developer BentallGreenOak.

New plans have been submitted to the city back in June that have increased the building size from the previously planned 59 storeys.

The building is currently occupied by a parking garage and when approved will house a five-storey 20,774 sq m office building with 873 sq m of retail shops.

The units will be comprised of studios, one-, two- and three-bedrooms with separate outdoor terraces for both the office and residential tenants.
