A new condo community proposed in Toronto in the Junction neighbourhood that will see a mixed-use development at 5 and 43 Junction Road, which is currently home to Organic Garage and LA Fitness.
Diamond Corp and Toronto-based Core Architects is designing a community that has some resemblances to 1960’s architecture with its wavy concrete design. The condo development will feature nearly 2,000 residential units across six towers with affordable housing, a 43,238-square-foot park, commercial and office space, underground car and bike parking.
The location is in the Stockyards at Keele and St. Clair area and the buildings will be between 15-to-35-storeys and will house 1,178 one-bedroom units, 513 two-bedroom and 191 three-bedroom units, with 5% being allocated to affordable rental apartments.
The Organic Garage will be incorporated into the ground-floor retail plans of one of the condo development towers.
