The Glouster in Toronto will feature “biospace virus and bacteria mitigation systems”

Before going into receivership in spring 2020, the Glouster it was developed by Cresford as The Clover on Yonge. After restructuring, Concord re-launched the project as the Gloucester on Yonge, which is a 50-storey high-rise condominium that’s currently under construction on Gloucester Street in Toronto.

With its mobile access to major entry points, common areas and elevators, this will be the first tower in the country that will have cleaner and safer indoor spaces as it will benefit from “biospace virus and bacteria mitigation systems.”

The Glouster now stands at full height and the cranes have been removed with most of the exterior cladding and glazing has been installed. Occupancy is scheduled for March 2022 and will feature a fitness centre, zero-edge swimming pool and an outdoor lounge. The Glouster will house 528 suites that range in size from from 324 to 1,530 square feet.
