This extremely small Toronto home nearly doubled in price in one year

This Toronto home is tiny — like, really tiny

Slightly over a year ago, this extremely small, kind of ridiculous 209-Donlands Avenue Toronto home sold for a surprisingly reasonably $698,000, according to blogTO

It’s a tiny, condo-like two-bedroom, one-bathroom house that doesn’t even feature a garage.

Back in its original listing, the minuscule home was described as offering “stunning potential.” A quick look at images of the tiny home’s current state reveals that its new owners really took this description to heart.

Nearly the entire home has been renovated, turning it into a three-bedroom, three-bathroom, two-story house — obviously, it’s still super small. The house now features new electrical, plumbing, flooring, insulation, windows doors, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, siding and a finished basement. There’s also still a backyard, though it hasn’t been renovated — though, the deck does look new.

As with most flips like this, the current listing has the home sitting at $1,249,000, nearly double its original cost.

The tiny house is undeniably beautiful, and if its size isn’t an issue for you, this could be the place you’ve been looking for.
