Toronto condo tower first in country with biospace virus and bacteria mitigation systems

A troubled development at Young Street and Gloucester is finally getting close to completion, and it’s now known that it’s going to offer some of the cleanest air in the city.

The tower began construction in 2016 but fell into receivership in 2020. But the developer was able to restructure and bring it back under a new name.

Beyond just having advanced air filtration, the building is also going to have touchless entry, with most residents using their mobile devices to navigate through the building.

Construction is finishing up on the building now with residents expected to move in 2022.
