Yorkville condo sells for $10.85 million

A Yorkville condo that just sold has become the second most expensive condo to sell in the Toronto area in 2021.

The home is a massive 4,700-sq. Ft condo with a private terrace allocated at 155 Cumberland Street. A location that only has 14 units, but received an excellence award from the Royal Architecture Intestine of Canada in 2010. You can see more images and a video of the unit here.

This is the second most expensive condo to be taken off the market this year after another luxury penthouse sold for $11.6 million in early April.

Reports claim that this unit was designed by the firm Union 31 and has massive floor-to-ceiling windows giving off a great view of the city and a large open floor plan. This includes a formal dining room, living room, a den, two bedrooms, a gym and more.

As is needed in luxury condos, there’s also a gallery wall with ample museum-grade lighting setup to host impressive pieces of art.
